## In short

Sosa Myeonok (소사면옥) is a Korean restaurant known for bossam (boiled pork wraps), on Neungdong-ro in Gwangjin, Seoul, between Children's Grand Park and Gunja Station. The writer first visited Sosa Myeonok soon after it opened and came back much later with a sibling visiting from overseas. They ordered only a small bossam and ate it with bossam kimchi, doenjang (soybean paste) and radish from the self-serve bar. The verdict: Sosa Myeonok's bossam is a must-try on a day you crave bossam or for a family meal with your parents.

## Where is Sosa Myeonok and where do you park?

Sosa Myeonok is on the main road at 270 Neungdong-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, so even first-timers can find it without trouble. It's near my friend's place in Neungdong, so I'd pass by it every now and then..

Whenever I looked for a restaurant around Gunja Station, parking was a hassle because there are few places with it.. but Sosa Myeonok has parking. There aren't many spaces, but when one is free you can park right in front of the restaurant, so keep that in mind~

## How does the wait at Sosa Myeonok work?

Sosa Myeonok usually has a wait, so there's a display in front of the restaurant showing the queue numbers. I parked in front, opened the door and headed inside.

It's a much-loved Korean restaurant near Children's Grand Park, and quite a few celebrities have visited, apparently. I went once soon after it opened and have now come back for the first time in a long while. It was even on Hiro's "Ddo Ganjib" (a TV show about revisited restaurants)~ If you're looking for a good place in Gwangjin, keep it in mind and look it up~

I never once managed to come to Sosa Myeonok with my friends~ I haven't even been in touch with my friend in Junggok-dong for quite a while~ Luckily, a friend who didn't used to live in Gwangjin got married and moved here, so I should get a foodie get-together going soon~
