Especially what I'd call the dachi seating — eating at the bar seemed like it would have more atmosphere, so I sat at the bar seats haha. Jin 1926 Dasan Branch, a true lamb spot in Dasan, seemed good for everything from dates to family gatherings to group meetups~! They said hall rental is also available. I came for the lamb but fell for the atmosphere first! The tables were clean and the side dishes were neatly prepared. There were all kinds of set menus and a really wide range of alcohol too~! If we hadn't brought a car, I definitely would've had a drink with the lamb haha. They say this means less gamey smell along with a chewy texture, rich juiciness, and deep meaty flavor, which had me looking forward to it~~! Honestly, lamb can sometimes be disappointing because of its distinctive smell if it's not done right. But here, even before eating, the ventilation system was so good that I barely noticed any smoke, and the grilling area was also slightly separated, making it comfortable. Thanks to that, I could chat comfortably with my companion, and it felt private too haha. ## Four side dishes and the stir-fried mung bean sprouts Four kinds of side dishes came out neatly arranged.
