But what I liked most was, of course, the noodles. Because of the tomato, the dish felt light and refreshing rather than heavy overall! It was properly crispy outside and tender inside, a really tasty fried eggplant!! I felt like I'd found a great Chinese restaurant near Jongak *_* ## Trying dosakmyeon for the first time near Jongak Station Eating near Jongak Station, I often end up picking the same kind of menu, but this time, choosing something a bit different made the whole meal really satisfying. I think dosakmyeon in particular is a great dish to try if it's not something you're familiar with.
