This is one of the truly delicious restaurants we visit often for Seosan gamjatang and grilled king bones. There are solo portions too, making it easy to stop by for lunch or dinner alone in Seosan. Since we have tried the Bultan grilled bones every time before, we ordered the mini gamjatang this time. It was exactly the right size for the two of us. You can choose the spice level for gamjatang as well, but we picked the most standard regular spice. The broth looked nicely spicy and came topped with plenty of perilla seed powder, giving it a wonderful nutty flavor! A generous mound of ugeoji (dried napa cabbage greens) added another lovely touch. The meat slipped gently away from the bones with just a touch of the chopsticks, making it so easy to eat.
