## Why I ordered a plant-based protein shake while dieting

I've been dieting lately, and protein is essential for dieting, right?? So I've been trying different protein shakes, and I heard this one is made with plant-based protein, so it's easier on the stomach and may even reduce skin breakouts?! I thought, I can't not try this! So I ordered it 😄

## How I mixed it with water and what I'll try next

Cleanit Vegan Cacao Plant-Based Protein Shake is also sugar ZERO and artificial-sweetener ZERO. It uses monk fruit and stevia instead of sugar, so no worries about sugar either—ZERO! 😆

You can mix one 40g serving with 170ml of water or 200ml of soy milk. I didn't have soy milk at home, so I tried it with water! Even with just water, it became a tasty protein chocolate milk, which was satisfying enough. But I heard that adding a spoonful to espresso makes a protein café mocha?! I love café mochas, so next time I have to try it with espresso!

It dissolves well even in regular filtered water, so it's easy to mix! In winter, I think it would be so nice to add warm water and make it into hot chocolate 😄
