My skin tends to be sensitive and thin, and it is also dry. During seasonal transitions, I get small bumps and feel that my makeup flakes, so I used this product after looking for a cleansing product that could remove makeup without feeling too irritating.

## How did I use the cleansing balm?

I scooped out an appropriate amount with the included spatula and applied it to dry skin, then first massaged it until it melted like an oil against my body heat. The balm scooped out smoothly, and it did not feel very irritating while I massaged it in.

I then added a little water and massaged again, and the formula turned white. After massaging thoroughly, I finished by rinsing several times with lukewarm water.
