The meat-and-chive pancake arrived golden-brown in a brass bowl. At the time of my visit, we were told that rice and broth could be refilled free of charge. The owner and staff kindly said to let them know anytime we needed more. It was welcome information, since eating out with teenage children can sometimes mean needing a larger portion. According to the original post, the ingredients include 100% domestic Korean beef from female cattle and domestically sourced ingredients.
