This place is actually pretty famous for its kongguksu (cold soy milk noodles), but I figured if it only served kongguksu, picking a menu for the kids might be a bit tricky. Turns out there were way more options than I expected once we got there, so we decided to just order a few different things and share. Perilla oil mil-myeon, sweet pumpkin kongguksu, and kimchi bibim noodles named 'mom's kimchi bibim guksu'! Basement food court at Sangam IT Tower Sangam Hoegwan is in the basement 1F food court of Sangam IT Tower, at 434 World Cup buk-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul. At first, the name made me assume it'd be a standalone restaurant like usual, but it's actually tucked inside the food court in the basement of Sangam IT Tower. Being a food court made it pretty comfortable to eat with the kids, and we ordered a whole spread — perilla mil-myeon, pumpkin kongguksu, kimchi bibim noodles — to share. At first I thought it might be like a perilla oil bibim noodle, but the actual menu name is 'perilla oil mil-myeon.' It looks completely different from regular kongguksu right from the start. Something I personally really liked about Sangam Hoegwan was the mandu (dumpling) set.
