The warm sunlight and relaxed vibe make it a nice place with friends, a partner, or really anyone—and even if you come solo, I think you could have a leisurely, happy time. It was nutty rather than acidic, so I drank it down refreshingly with no trouble🌊 Iced Americanos really are best with sweet desserts🧊 Fig pie ₩8,300 Chocolate banana pie ₩8,000 Matcha canelé ₩4,500 There were so many appetizing desserts that it was hard to choose. We disagreed so intensely that we decided to pick one thing each lol. Whatever it was, it was nutty with a great texture, and that was really the key. The chocolate coating on the outside was kind of like a waxy coating lol. It was crisp outside and soft inside, with that distinctive slightly burnt canelé flavor(?)—excellent. Upper and Under is definitely a baked-goods gem. Nothing was lacking at Upper and Under, from the drinks to the desserts. In particular, there are so many desserts that I highly recommend this café to people like me who take desserts seriously!
