They say they maintain freshness by making and selling everything the same day, and because there is no dine-in hall, they cut labor and rent costs to offer customers fresher, more affordable sashimi and sushi. ## A sushi display restocked quickly, even at lunch I knew it was a popular Moraenae Market spot, but wow, there were so many customers and the items disappeared fast. Still, the sushi was quickly replenished too. If the sushi you want is not there, try asking. I do not think there is a free grace period...
