The jokbal was so good that I did not manage to take many eating photos, but I dipped it in ssamjang, made wraps with it, and ate it simply with onions. Before I knew it, only the bones were left, hahaha. The jokbal had cooled slightly on the way home after takeaway, but it was still completely delicious. After finishing the jokbal, we tossed in ramen noodles and cooked the soup—it was perfect as dessert?! Or another meal?! The meat clinging to the bones was tender, and I especially liked that there was plenty of it, haha.
