The color combination with the green plants was so pretty. Inside is even cozier and more charming, and it's fun to look at every little decorative piece!! It had been a while since my last Jeonpo outing, so I was excited haha. It felt like stepping into a café in another country, with the vintage props, tables, and wall details all well done. There's both a main building and an annex, so we took our time looking around. ### The annex, good for quiet conversation We spent our time in Hippy's annex. The main building has its own Hippy feel, but the annex had a calmer atmosphere that was better for sitting and taking your time. Being able to use such a pretty space privately and freely was really nice. Since that day was mainly about catching up with my sister, a quiet space where we could talk comfortably felt better than somewhere noisy. When everyone's busy with their own lives, meeting up often just means a quick meal and a short chat before parting ways, so it was nice to sit in a café for a long time and talk about all sorts of things that day haha. The cream was soft and the pie crust was crisp, so the texture contrast was great too. Of everything we ordered that day, the sweet corn cream pie was definitely the most memorable for me. If you're looking for a Jeonpo restaurant with great dessert, being able to try something like this is part of what makes Hippy special. Since we're both usually busy, we don't get many chances to sit in a café this long and talk. Maybe that's why the day felt more relaxed and enjoyable than usual haha. Being able to spend that time a bit more intimately in the annex made it especially memorable.
