I seriously, seriously love Moshi Moshi!!! I arrived right at opening, so there were lots of seats~ Plenty to choose from, which was great!!! I took a seat in the open hallway section~~~ They give you shrimp sushi if you join the review event, so definitely give it a try~~~ Last time I ordered a full set meal~~ but today I wanted to focus on sushi, so instead of a set I ordered Assorted Sushi B, Assorted Sushi C, soba noodles, and draft beer~~~ The chefs make it fresh as soon as you order~~~ ![Moshi Moshi sushi made fresh to order](https://img.superchart.com/images/dongnae-sushi-kanimiso-moshimoshi/dongnae-sushi-kanimiso-moshimoshi-11-8idkv-900.webp) Ta-da~~~ After a short wait, the whole spread was ready!! The difference from the sushi set is that you get two extra sushi pieces instead of udon~~~ If you prefer udon, get the sushi set! If you are thinking, “I’d rather have more sushi than udon~~~,” I recommend ordering the assorted sushi!!! The difference between Assorted Sushi B and C is the fish selection~~~ Both have yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) and a very similar basic fish selection, so I recommend simply choosing whichever one calls to you, haha. The eel and tuna look seriously intense, right??? So use the pickled ginger to control the soy sauce and lay it on top—so good!!! Japanese food without draft beer? That would be a shame, I’m telling you~~~ I seriously, seriously love it!!! Moshi Moshi is absolutely a place I would become a regular at!!! ## Yukhoe sushi and generously sized fish And I am usually not great with yukhoe, but the yukhoe sushi was insane~~~ So nutty, so flavorful, and the texture was incredible too!!! I strongly, strongly recommend the yukhoe sushi!!! You know what you are doing, right??? A meal is only complete once you have a gunkan (battleship-style sushi) before you go~~~ And there was gunkan made with crab innards!!! They had kani miso!!!
