It's a soft brioche bun with a freshly grilled smash patty, creamy classic cheese sauce, and American cheese all packed in. The bun was soft and the patty had real juiciness, and with the American cheese added it was rich yet savory. It also uses the soft brioche bun so it wasn't too heavy and had a great texture. With bacon plus bacon jam layered in, the bacon flavor was taken to another level — anyone who loves bacon would love this one..! Add the juicy smash patty and savory peanut sauce and the flavor really comes alive. Really got my mind refreshed haha.
