It's fun picking whichever mood you're after haha. I booked the terrace for this visit. They're plated right in the shell, with the cheese browned golden on top, so it looked gorgeous before I even took a bite. The plump, tender scallops went really well with the cheese and basil, but by the time we finished taking photos and got to eating, it had cooled a bit — when I tried to pull off a piece of cheese, some of the shell crumbled off with it, which made it a little awkward to eat. The pismanie on top was light as cotton candy and melted away in the mouth, which made for a fun texture too. What impressed me most about People the Terrace was that it's less about just eating and leaving, and more about enjoying a beautiful space and atmosphere together.
