You can choose alcoholic or non-alcoholic, so even someone who doesn't drink can start the course on the same footing. I went non-alcoholic and my friend went alcoholic, but they tasted pretty similar haha It had a light style with bright fruity notes and some fizz, doing a great job waking up the palate before the real food started. At first I thought it was just melon, but underneath there was a generous layer of white cuttlefish!! I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was around +₩6,000! The moment the dish arrived, the truffle smell filled the whole space and set off my appetite...💗 It was really delicious, though it felt like it came out a little cooled down? It was my first time seeing a live jazz performance, and wow... the romance level was insane. It's cooked to leave a pink center, sliced into easy-to-eat pieces, and plated together with roasted potatoes, king oyster mushrooms, a purée, and a rich brown sauce — an unbeatable combination 💗 The steak arrived right as the show started, so cutting into it elegantly while the music played made me feel like some kind of English aristocrat lolol. My friend and I were both surprised at how rich it was from the first bite haha. The plate had a long swirl of chocolate sauce with cream and nuts for texture and decoration, so with the visible layers in the slice and the little garnishes, we managed to get one last pretty photo to end the course 💗 ## What kind of night suits Flat Nine best?
