There was king prawn cold ramen and whole pork belly mazemen, and they looked so delicious even at a glance. Several large pieces of dongpo pork sat on top, along with jambon, bean sprouts, ajitama, and vegetables, so it looked generous before I even started. When I lifted one with my chopsticks, I could really feel the thickness. The spicy broth coated the noodles well, and the tender jambon made for a nice combination. With the katsuobushi and seaweed flakes too, every bite felt completely full. Overall, the ramen bowl had varied toppings and the dongpo pork pieces were large, so I left feeling satisfyingly full. Best of all, being inside Lotte Department Store Incheon made it easy to stop by before or after shopping.
