It's an einspänner with soft cream sitting gently on a light drip coffee base. Clean and nutty, no heaviness at all. And then there's this smoky note — I don't know how else to describe it — that sneaks up at the very end like a little surprise. Wow, I've never had coffee like this in my life. Not even in Italy. Here I was thinking iced Americano was the only coffee that counted, and there's a place like this hiding in Byeongjeom. This is a spot where you can actually savor and feel coffee!! The malt has a deeper flavor than a regular affogato, with the ice cream's mellow sweetness welcoming you in.
