Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch is an all-you-can-eat beef shabu-shabu restaurant located 524m from Exit 3 of Namwirye Station, in Unit 305 on the 3rd floor of G&G Plaza near Wirye Plaza. I usually love warm soup dishes and wolnamssam (Vietnamese fresh spring rolls), so I'd been searching around for a while, and I finally found a Namwirye Station spot that hit the spot perfectly!

We ordered half clear broth and half spicy broth, and the spice level was about like Shin Ramyun — mild enough to enjoy without any worry. The best thing about this Namwirye Station favorite, Dadam Shabu Shabu, is that you can enjoy beef brisket and beef neck as much as you want with the all-you-can-eat option. At most shabu-shabu places, you end up second-guessing whether to order more meat because the portions feel skimpy. But this place's biggest point of pride is actually the fresh vegetables! The owner apparently worked as a vegetable wholesale broker at Garak Market for over 20 years. Knowing they personally pick the produce at auction and bring it in fresh every day made me trust what I was eating. I could pile on fresh vegetables and meat freely without worrying about it~
