Jeongssi Hambak, long known as a great Baegot spot, is somewhere I drop by whenever I get a craving. The tables are well spaced, so you do not have to eat packed in tightly. No wonder they are on a completely different level from frozen hamburg steak. A regular hamburg steak comes with one patty, while the double comes with two. Since we always order one hamburg steak and one other dish, we always get the double. It is crispy outside and moist inside, with that old-school pork cutlet feel of being soaked in sauce. The cutlet arrives with the sauce poured over it. There are plenty of options, including loin pork cutlet, spicy pork cutlet, cheese pork cutlet, and spicy cheese pork cutlet. It is sweet and tasty too. You can refill it once, so we always get a refill before we leave. Tteokbokki is also on the side menu, and we have ordered it separately before. There is kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), pickles, and more. We only wanted kkakdugi, so we took only kkakdugi. Three tiny hearts in the sauce, haha. With the soft-yolk fried egg on top, it looked so appetizing. The hamburg steak is tender and breaks apart easily, so it is so delicious cut into bite-sized pieces and eaten with rice. Rice refills are available, apparently. It was enormous, freshly fried, and piping hot. So crispy. One bite of hamburg steak, then one bite of pork cutlet. They also have an event where you get an ade or Cherry Coke for free if you write a receipt review. We had such a delicious meal.
