It’s about a five-minute walk from exits 7 and 8! They use carefully selected fresh Korean beef every day, and the name Yukhwang literally means “the aroma of meat,” apparently!! They’re all great with the meat, and even the seokbakji (cubed radish kimchi) isn’t simply brought in—they make it fresh themselves every day!! It came with clear broth, and that was tasty too. I definitely need to try the gomtang next time. Rather than being mixed with a red gochujang (Korean chili paste) sauce, it lets the yukhoe flavor come through more, and it was so good!! It arrives already seasoned, so you just have to mix it up! Next time, I’d like to try the gomtang or yukhoe mulhoe that I missed this time, haha.
