I pulled out the biggest bone piece, set it on my plate, and picked off the meat — the quality was seriously exceptional. Who knows how long they simmered it with care, but the meat came off tender with just the slightest touch of chopsticks.. ㅠ There wasn't a hint of gamey or off smell, and even though the meat was really thick, the seasoning had soaked all the way through so it was never dry. The tables were spaced out generously too, making it a comfortable spot to eat without worrying about the next table over. Great for families, or a date with a boyfriend or girlfriend!
