We arrived early, but as we ate, office workers started coming in one or two at a time, and before long it was full. There is well-fermented kimchi in a jar, and I’m seriously giving it first place among all the kimchi I’ve eaten this year.. And it was loaded with minari (Korean water celery), so the aroma was amazing.. As a rice-noodle lover, I think I could eat this every day if you told me to.
