Maybe it's just me, but it kind of oddly looked like chocolate abalone, haha. The marinated abalone was a deep chocolate-brown color but wasn't salty at all. Not chewy either — nice and springy 𓈒𓏸 The seasoned crab, which felt like a main-course-level basic side dish, had a pretty intense sauce that wasn't really my style, but my dad ate it up happily. But once I told her it was fish, she stopped eating it after that... ㅋㅋ (she got food poisoning from fish once, so she avoids it now).
