## What were the texture and scent like?

It was a firm, charcoal-gray balm. When I melted it with the warmth of my palms, it became soft, and the more I massaged it, the more it turned into an oil-like texture. I perceived a subtle herbal, soapy scent, which did not feel overwhelming to me while cleansing.

## How did I use it?

- I scooped out about one spoonful with the dedicated spatula.
- I lightly melted the formula in my palms.
- I massaged it over my entire face.
- I massaged the sides of my nose, chin, and eye area a little more carefully.
- I rinsed lightly with lukewarm water.
- For my lips and mascara, I massaged for about 10 seconds more with my fingertips.

The sides of my nose felt clean and smooth, while I felt less tightness. I usually notice the slippery residue after oil cleansing, but this one left a fresh finish, so I was comfortable not doing a second cleanse.
