Since it's newly opened, the interior was really clean. The ssamjang (seasoned soybean paste) had an unusual look and tasted great dipped with the peppers! The bone soup meat had zero gamey smell and was tender and delicious! They put in generous chunks of ugeoji (dried napa cabbage leaves) too, which made it really satisfying to eat. The broth's seasoning was spot on, and the meat had soaked up so much of it that you didn't even need to dip it in sauce! It was tasty even without the kimchi or kkakdugi. (But I kept picking at them anyway because they were good.) The bone soup is pretty spicy. If you can't handle spicy food, you might end up with a runny nose! I like spicy food, so it was just the right level of heat for me, but my companion can't handle spice at all — they started off enjoying it, saying it was spicy but tasty, and by the end they were in tears with a runny nose~ haha The portion was so huge that I had to leave a little at the end.
