To mark our beef day, we ordered generously — both the premium beef and side menu items! - 🥩 Premium beef set (500g) — sirloin, chuck flap, and beef short rib, plus whole mushrooms - 🍹 2 highballs — bokbunja berry highball, earl grey highball - 🍜 Sides — chadol hangover ramyeon, mul naengmyeon, steamed rice Charcoal was brought out along with the ordered meat and whole mushrooms. The meat, grilled to a golden brown over the charcoal, was truly outstanding! Personally, I'd rank the flavor as chuck flap → beef short rib → sirloin! Eating only beef can get greasy after a while, but topping it with fresh wasabi, shiitake wasabi, or wholegrain mustard makes it wonderfully clean and refreshing!
