There was also a separate solo-dining zone near the entrance, and I saw quite a few people actually eating alone. Since the gukbap came with both suyuk (boiled pork slices) and sundae, it was a nice choice when you want to try several things at once. There was plenty to share between two people, and I was happy that we could taste a variety of things without separately adding suyuk or sundae. There was a generous amount of meat as well, so you could really eat plenty of meat along with the gukbap. The broth was served hot, making it nice to mix with rice, and my husband, who loves pork jowl, especially liked it.
