With a little wasabi rolled into the fish and dipped in soy sauce, the umami just exploded in my mouth. I usually like dipping halibut sashimi in salt, so I asked for some separately and tried it that way too, but that day, thanks to the distinct umami of the aged fish, dipping it in soy sauce was by far the tastiest combination. ## Why sujebi noodles in the seodeori spicy fish stew are a must The seodeori spicy fish stew at Cheonmakjip Janggi Branch is ₩9,000, and we added sujebi (hand-torn dough noodles) on top of that.
