What I was looking forward to most was, of course, the monjayaki! You let it sizzle away on the griddle like this, and the look is definitely a little unfamiliar, right..? haha Each table gets a timer. Those of you who have tried monjayaki will know—when it gets a little rich midway through! Adding more of the basic sauces provided gave it different flavors again⭐️ ## Thick signature okonomiyaki Okonomiyaki is something I already love! The shrimp were plump, the meat pieces were big, and the squid was substantial, haha. It’s stir-fried with a salt seasoning (?) rather than sauce! I especially loved being able to enjoy a variety of griddle dishes—from monjayaki and okonomiyaki to yakisoba—all in one place💛 Cooking it yourself on the griddle is fun too, so it’s great with friends, but I also recommend it as a Yeonnam date spot!
