The pork jowl toowoomba risotto is a risotto with nutty cream, a spicy toowoomba sauce, cheese, and big chunks of pork jowl. The spice level is adjustable — I ordered level 2, a bit spicier than Shin Ramyun. If you're spice-shy, order level 1 for a sweeter flavor, and if you love spice, go for level 3 for a proper kick.
