I heard there was a Gwangalli BBQ restaurant near the beach with insanely good pork ribs, so I went to check it out! Let me introduce you to Haean Sutbul Galbi Gwangalli Main Branch right away~~!

## Where is Haean Sutbul Galbi Gwangalli Main Branch, and what is it like inside?

Haean Sutbul Galbi Gwangalli Main Branch is right in front of Gwangalli Beach! Come out of Exit 3 of Geumnyeonsan Station and walk straight toward Gwangalli Beach. Being a well-known spot in a tourist area, it had signage in multiple languages haha

There was also a menu board outside, which was nice for checking things out before going in! It had Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese menus, so it seemed really convenient for tourists too~~

The inside was really spacious! The chairs were covered with Haean Sutbul fabric, which gave it a nice sense of unity haha. The retro interior gave it that solid local-favorite feel.

These are the basic side dishes and sauces. Since japchae came as a basic side, I as a japchae addict refilled it twice ,,,, it was so good I almost filled up on japchae before the meat even came out ,,;;

This is the grade 1 chilled pork marinated ribs. Just looking at it, the seasoning looked amazing and seemed to have soaked well into the meat.

They grilled it right on the charcoal fire~~ they also grilled the potatoes and king oyster mushrooms that came with it.

Garlic joins in too! You know ribs need to be flipped and checked often since the seasoning burns easily, right!

I tried the rib + radish salad combo I'd noted earlier for my first bite, and the radish salad was so tasty! Ribs + radish salad is a foolproof combo, they went together so well.

I couldn't resist and also ordered the pork kimchi stew. The portion was pretty large!

Inside, the kimchi and meat were plentiful, and above all, the stew was spicy and so delicious! It seemed like they used good-quality kimchi haha

### The grilled pork tail that comes with a receipt review

This is the tail cut we received from a Naver receipt review! They say it's like an upgraded version of pork skin, and the texture actually reminded me a bit of the collagen part of jokbal (braised pig's trotters).

Once grilled, it's slightly thicker than pork skin, that kind of feel. This was my first time trying tail cut so I was pretty excited about it haha
