I usually eat smoked duck, so this felt different — the aroma was appealing without being off-putting, and the meat inside was so moist while the skin was genuinely crisp like a cracker! With Peking duck, the skin is really the highlight. The skin has a savory, crisp texture, and the meat inside is moist, so eating them together gave a great texture combo. Going from Peking duck straight into fried rice felt like a full duck course.
