Of course, I put the pork belly on first, and the charcoal gave it a subtle aroma that made it taste different from meat grilled on an ordinary griddle. The pork belly was savory and nicely juicy, and it went well with wraps and side dishes. Everything I tried was good, and more than anything, I loved being able to choose whatever suited me—from pork belly, pork jowl, skirt meat, pork skin, and gochujang pork belly to grilled scallops—instead of focusing on a single menu item. These days, even one menu item at a BBQ restaurant can feel expensive, but here you can order several cuts at a relatively good value, so I think choosing dishes would be easy when visiting with a group too. The retro charcoal-grilling atmosphere was fun, parking was easy, and the owner was kind.
