With a boiled egg on top, I had to take a photo before eating. Taking a bite of the crab meat, it was softer than I expected. Even for me, the seasoning wasn't very spicy, with a hint of sweetness at the end. I'm not sure if they're hand-pulled, but they were great to slurp up with the broth. It's a mild dish, so it would work fine for kids too.
