Flounder sushi is the foundation of sushi. The shrimp had a lively, plump texture, and dipped in soy sauce it was delicious even without wasabi. There was so much variety in the sushi that it was fun picking through one by one, and the overall taste was good, making it a satisfying meal. Catching up with a friend over good food made it even more enjoyable. Both the composition and the flavor were satisfying, so I'd like to stop by again next time I'm nearby. Next time I'll have to order the sashimi and omakase menus I didn't get to try this time.
