Because it's cooked low and slow, the oak smoke flavor was naturally infused throughout! The brisket had a deep meaty flavor and tender texture — it deserves being called the signature dish! The ribs were so tender the meat practically fell off the bone, which made it fun to pull apart by hand. I couldn't believe you could get a real ribs platter at this price!! We made ourselves a solid little burger like this. There were two women and one man, three of us total, and we ate until we were seriously full.
