The order was the small Uldong Bossam with a minari (water celery) pancake and makgeolli, which brought hangjeongsal (pork neck) boiled pork, side dishes the kitchen says it makes fresh daily, and a large pancake studded with shrimp. Clean interior, friendly staff, and delicious bossam — a completely satisfying visit. ## Where is Uldong Bossam, and what are its hours and parking? Uldong Bossam, a Daegu bossam favorite, sits directly across from the front entrance of Daegu City Hall's Dongin Annex. Open daily 11:00-23:00, break time 15:00-16:30, last order 21:30, no parking lot. There's no dedicated parking lot, but you can park at City Hall or use a nearby public lot! It's not too far from the subway station either. There were 4-person tables, 2-person tables, and even a bar table, so it looked good for groups or for eating alone. I'd never seen whisky at a bossam restaurant before, so I was curious about the combo. My boyfriend, the drink enthusiast, went wild haha. Various side dishes came out along with a great-looking bossam plate. That's probably why they were all so delicious. There was quite a variety — yeolmu kimchi (young radish greens kimchi), seasoned bean sprouts, pickled onions, and more!
