But we had eaten such a filling Chinese lunch that bread felt a bit too heavy, so we wondered what light dessert to order—and that is how we found Gangnam Sand. There was an eight-piece Gangnam Sand set, so we ordered that. I was curious because every table seemed to have ordered a few, and since there were three of us, we decided to try a variety with the set! We thought the sandwich-style cookies would be lighter than the other bakery items, and they were even tastier than expected. Everyone really liked them.
