There are so many branches nationwide, and I found out the chef appeared on Culinary Class Wars. We came at weekday lunchtime and there was only one seat left; as soon as we got in, three groups were already waiting. Overall, it was light and savory—honestly much tastier than the yakisoba I had in Japan! ## A Japanese set recommendation at Songdo Triple Street I really recommend the Signature Set for Two at Jojo Triple Street Branch, which lets you have donpeiyaki, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba all at once! Everything was seasoned just right and so generously filled that I was hugely satisfied the whole time!! If you like Japanese food, I think this is a flavor everyone can enjoy without a miss haha. Next time, I definitely want to try the monjayaki cooked directly on the griddle~!
