What I ordered was Cheongdam Kkatsu's mentaiko udon!!!!!! I'm a well-known mentaiko (seasoned pollock roe) lover haha, mentaiko is so savory and salty and full of umami, seriously ! ! ! It's a depth of flavor you just can't get from a store-bought frozen cutlet ,,, my eyes literally lit up eating the cheese cutlet.
