Tasting Jirisan samchae with duck They came over saying they'd forgotten to add the samchae (a root herb, literally "three vegetables") and put it in for us. A staff member flipped and stir-fried it nicely with the foil again. They said one fried rice per two servings of duck is the best ratio. Light, savory duck fried rice on top of everything — we filled up well. My husband brought over dongchimi (radish water kimchi) broth from the self-serve corner. Cool and refreshing, it was a nice, clean way to finish :) ## Fitting Deok Ori Jumulleok into a Ganghwa travel route Deok Ori Jumulleok was a friendly, delicious duck restaurant in Ganghwa.
