So here goes — my review of Tomoru Bakery, seriously Incheon's number one bakery. ## Tomoru Bakery hours, parking and location in Yeonsu, Incheon Tomoru Bakery is open daily from 08:30 to 21:30. I love mandu (dumplings), vegetable hoppang (steamed buns), and vegetable croquettes, so honestly the fresh vegetable croquette is my top pick. First off, the topping on top isn't just plain walnuts. It looks like walnut crocant lightly toasted with sugar or honey. The richness of the cream cheese also adds to a heavier, more satisfying texture. ## Leaf pizza bread and pastry pizza bread: not too salty Pizza breads generally have to clear a certain baseline. Tomoru Bakery's pizza breads were great because they weren't overly salty. Valrhona chocolate is expensive... I remember getting mad five years ago when I was heavily into making desserts, because Valrhona was already pricey and kept going up. Who knows how much more it costs now. And yet this baguette is only ₩6,000. Personally I'm someone who prefers savory, salty baguettes, so I figured the chocolate wouldn't really do it for me — but as usual, I was wrong. It wasn't overly sweet, and every so often you'd bite into a bit of Valrhona chocolate that boosted the sweetness just enough without getting monotonous. And even the prices are kind, so you can enjoy high-quality bakery items without any worry.
