It's real baked potato with cream cheese and butter added, giving it really great flavor! Apparently baked potato has even more concentrated sweetness than steamed potato, which is why they bake it themselves🫢 You can tell they're seriously dedicated to potato bread. And the reason the outside is black is that the dough is mixed with squid ink and coated with domestic grain powders like black sesame, black beans, and black rice!!!
