I was on a date with my partner recently in Haenggung-dong and found such an amazing restaurant that I ran straight here to share it!

Once you walk in, the atmosphere is so hip and romantic it feels like you've stepped into another country, which makes it a great spot for a Haenggung-dong date course🤍

Basically the staff bring you plates, forks, and spoons, and if you need a knife, chopsticks, or wet wipes, you just grab them from the cutlery zone! There's also hot sauce and parmesan cheese there, so grab some if you need it👍

## Low Five menu: what we ordered on our date

Low Five's main offerings are pizza and pasta! Their signature pizzas come in three types — corn pizza, hot pepperoni pizza, and half-and-half — and since we both wanted to try both, we went with half-and-half.

There were so many pasta options that after a long deliberation, we settled on the Hot Pot Pescatore pasta as our pizza chaser :)

## Half-and-half pizza review: corn vs hot pepperoni

Low Five is super famous as a corn pizza place, right?! The moment I took a bite of the corn pizza

The corn pizza... has one piece of corn as a topping per slice, and it just melts in your mouth! The sauce isn't the least bit greasy and pairs so well with the corn. The dough isn't thick either, so nothing gets in the way of the toppings' flavor — it was so, so good!

The hot pepperoni pizza was my partner's pick😵‍💫 He loves corn so much I assumed he'd naturally prefer the corn pizza, but the hot pepperoni was that good..!

This isn't just a corn pizza place... it's just a "pizza" place, everyone!!! Just enjoy it as a half-and-half🤍

## Hot Pot Pescatore pasta: why to order it with the pizza

Please, please order this along with the pizza. It's absolutely packed with seafood!

The spiciness and the umami of the tomato create such synergy it hits peak flavor🤤 It also pairs so well with the pizza that by the end I was dipping the pizza crust into the pasta sauce..🤍 So glad we ordered both pizza and pasta, myself😵‍💫

### Hoegaarden and Blanc with pizza at Low Five

With this kind of atmosphere and menu, there's no way we could skip beer!!🍻 We each picked a beer to our taste and had such a happy chat time.

## Verdict: is Low Five good for a Haenggung-dong date?

I've been to a lot of restaurants in Haenggung-dong, and I've often struck out — overpriced with just okay food😵‍💫 But! I! Found it! The real! Haenggung-dong restaurant!

Low Five has such a great interior atmosphere and every menu item was delicious with no misses, which made for such a happy date. You know how eating good food makes you feel great and brings you closer with your partner~ So stop wondering where to go, and just come to Low Five..✨
