It's Isigny butter to start with, so even just tossing it on casually turns it into a proper dish. There's a pretty good gyukatsu place in Gwangju too, but this Seongsu gyukatsu spot Gyuen Dang honestly rivals it. The meat was so tender and delicious I just kept inhaling it. I found out later that the omurice here is apparently the real deal too,, planning to try that next time!
