There’s a tablet right in front of the restaurant for joining the waitlist through Catchtable. (It must get quite a wait on weekends…!) I came right when they opened for weekday lunch, so there were plenty of empty seats at first, but it gradually filled up. There were lots of reviews saying the regular order would leave you wanting more, so I was like, just how good can it be?!! and ordered the jumbo size, hahaha. They lit the mini brazier and served the rice in a beautiful bowl. (I forgot to add the butter first and they stuck to it,,, hehe.) The marbling is no joke~ Can you see how nicely golden they got~?!! Whenever the flame on the mini brazier weakened, the staff revived it so quickly, as if they had an alarm set, hahaha. The buttery aroma rises up—so that’s why they give you butter!!
