Since the view outside is pretty, there are seats where you can eat while looking out, and lots of large tables great for families. Chuseok (Korean harvest holiday) is coming up soon, and I thought it'd be perfect for a family visit! Each seat has a big window, so it felt really open and nice. At a kalguksu place, kimchi is the most important thing, and after one bite I got really excited for the noodles too haha. It came out looking so clean and neat that it put me in a good mood. One sip in, the broth was so refreshing that I thought it'd be perfect for a hangover 🤧 Slurp slurp =3 The chicken kalguksu had such a light, clean broth flavor. It had so much roe packed in that we ate until we were completely full... When I was little, going somewhere like this during a meal out was so much fun — while parents eat, kids can just look around at this stuff, which seems really nice. Final thoughts on this Ansan kalguksu restaurant It hasn't been open long so word hasn't spread much yet, but it's clean and delicious, and I really want to recommend it to people around me — Todamok!
