That green onion kimchi is a work of art 🥗 ## Sosuyuk jeongol for one: how generous the pot looks Geumganejangteo had several menu items, but after some thought we ordered the sosuyuk jeongol single portion 🙋‍♀️ Honestly, when I hear boiled pork hot pot, I picture a shallow, brothy dish, but this one looked hearty from the get-go, so I was excited! You order through the kiosk at each table. After ordering, the dish came out packed with meat and various ingredients — plenty for two people to share. Since it's a hot pot, you get to eat it warm right at the table, and the broth pairs really well with rice too.
