What I liked most was how thorough the consultation was even before the treatment started. Instead of just focusing on making my hair straight, she carefully checked my current hair condition and damage level, how I usually style it, and the exact look I wanted. I didn't want hair that clings flat and goes perfectly straight — I wanted something with natural volume that would tame the frizz — and she understood and explained that exactly, so I could trust her completely. When I mentioned I was worried about how much my hair was shedding, she kept checking my hair condition throughout the treatment and worked as carefully as possible.
